Wire Nails & Panel Pins Making Machine, Automatic
The automatic wire nails machine is designed for making wire nails and panel pines out of wire coil. The machine comprises of the following principal mechanisms: straightening rolls, feeding mechanism, gripping mechanism and ejector. All nail making operations are fully automatic and are interconnected in a single kinemetic system. The main crankshaft is driven by electric motor and housed in special gunmetal bushes for long life. The crankshaft actuates the heading ram as well as the eccentric shafts through bevel gears. All other mechanisms are actuated by cams mounted on side shafts. The operations required to complete one nail are performed in one revolution of the crankshaft. The cutters fitted on the cutter slides operated by eccentric shafts make the point of the nail and cut the wire blank to the required size (as set before hand), which is ejected by the nails kicker and finally drops into the tray.
