Patel Furnace & Forging Private Limited is offering cleaning machine for removing scale, reduces pickling time, increases productivity, saves power, labour and cutting tool cost, reduces rejection etc. These Cleaning machine includes Billet Cleaning Machine, Rod Cleaning Machine, and Coil Cleaning Machine. The coil blasting machine is used for removing scale from carbon steel and stainless steel coils. Coils up to 1500kg, are loaded on mandrill of shot blasting machine and blast cleaned in 10 to 15 minutes, while it took 2 hours to pickle.
