Johnson Engineering & Moulding Co manufactures braiding machine. It is used for the process of providing protective or reinforced covering of yarn or fine wire for cords, electric wire or cables and rubber pipes, etc. These machines are necessary for industries, which are producing shoe laces, parachute cords, sleeves, fibre glass sleevings elastic tapes and cords, fancy tapes and decorative tapes, cordage and electric cords, packing cords and hose braiding, etc. Capacity: ordinary type of braiding machines are of two groups, A and B. Each type is constructed as individual machines, and each group is driven by one motor. The two groups can produce different kinds of braids as follows: A Group is for cord making (consisting of an even number of spindles) use for shoe laces, parallel cords (for packing, etc) and elastic cords. B Group are tape making machines (consisting of an odd number of spindles) that is used for making parallel tapes, elastic tapes and zig-zag tapes.
