The Binay 49-LED white Flood Light/Search Light has been designed for the following applications: powerful flood lighting applications (with wide beam lenses); as a high power uplighter for highlighting the exterior of building facades (from the bottom of the building upwards); and (with focussed beam lenses), as a powerful spot light/search light. This has the following advantages over conventional filament-bulb/halogen flood lights: long life (100,000 hours); low power consumption (around 65 w); completely shock-resistant and vibration-proof, due to its solid-state LED construction; and can withstand large variation in input voltage without change in light output. Product details: Housing – die cast aluminium alloy LM24 in IP55 protection; Cover – tempered protective toughened glass, 5 mm thick, thermal shock and impact resistant; Finish – epoxy black powder coated after phosphochromate treatment; Mounting – wall/ceiling/roof/bay mounting using built-in heavy-duty bracket; LEDs – 49 pieces COB PowerLEDs, chip size 40mil, InGaN Flipchip or high conductivity vertical metal substrate Mvp LED chip with photon injectors using phosphor converter in silicone medium; maximum power rating per LED is 2 W; Power LEDs with lens to provide focused light; Colour – white 6500K; Illumination – 70 Lux or greater at 20 feet; Protection – fuse protection for over voltage, reverse polarity protection; and Burning hours life – 100,000 hours, warranty 5 years.
