Assomac Machines Ltd offers a state-of-the-art high-speed slip type Wet Wire Drawing Machine for ferrous, nonferrous wires and their alloys, with custom built options for manufacturing intermediate wires and fine wires as per requirement. It is basically a multi spindle (2 to 5 spindle) multi die (11 to 21 die) step cone type wet drawing machine suitable for soap based or oil based lubricant. It is available with finishing drum/finishing ring/spooler/combination of any two with different capstan diameters and spool sizes as per requirement. Also on offer before the machine is constant tension accumulator type payoff stand with flyer type baskets underneath leading wire to OTO type accumulator block with single or double die to provide regular feed for wet machine. Accessories like pointing cum threading machine and butt welders are on offer. Several options of control systems like normal induction motor control, slip ring motor control, AC variable frequency drive control and DC thyristorised controls are available. The machine is suitable for high speed drawing with optional swivelling die holders, tungsten carbide cone rings for very long service life, special lubricant cooling system and fully adjustable exit die holder.
