Hitech Industrial Implements, an ISO 9001:2000 company, offers a welding transformer. The basic construction of the transformer is 100% copper wound with CRGO lamination and H class insulation. The life of copper is 3 to 4 times more than the aluminium and also it withstands more temperature than aluminium. CRGO lamination is preferred because of its high efficiency, i.e., it consumes less power compared to CRNGO or black sheet lamination. The ‘H’ class insulation is preferred because its withstanding capacity is more, i.e., up to 180° to 210°C when compared to ‘F’ class or ‘B’ class insulation. Optional salient features are: 3-phase step less and sound less; 80/100 OCV moving coil type; oil cool smooth operation; very low cost, energy saver, low operating cost; volt/amps meter with CT coil; longer lasting; minimum current adjustment up to 5A can be provided; trouble free, remote On/Off system; specially suited for heavy-duty as per IP 55; coated rutile electrodes, extra length of weld per electrode; starting search current, high open circuit voltage; and ideally suited for smooth and aluminium TIG welding.
