Canary Electricals offers Vulcan forced air cooled Welding Rectifiers, designed to provide DC welding current. They are built using state-of-the-art transducting control diode base technology and designed to meet the stringent demands of high quality welding from today’s fabrication industries including nuclear power plants, chemical process plants, offshore works, defense, steel plants, thermal power plants, mining and structural fabrications, etc. Salient features: real vertical characteristics, stable arc with easy droplet transformer, remote current control unit (optional), reliable and tropical design, epoxy powder coated body for long life, winding varnishing by vacuum pressurised impregnating system to enhance reliability and service life, superb welding performance with all type of alloy steel and SS electrodes including 6010 cellulosic 7018, 6013.
