Design features: sturdy base frame; geared or manual tilting arrangement; AC or DC driven rotary table; control console with fixed control panel; electric logic controller to achieve smooth and consistent welding quality; and optional electromagnetic dynamic braking. Technical specifications: Model - DWM-100; holding capacity - up to 100 kg; tilting mechanism - manual; tilting angle - 0-90 degree; holding rotary table dia - 500 mm; rotary speed adjustment - 0-10 RPM; motor for rotary table - DC PMDC 0.5 HP type; supply voltage for motor - 220 V DC; supply voltage for tilting motor - not applicable; and earthing coupling - rotary type.
