Super Wire Industries offers a copper coated solid Welding wire for continuous welding with CO2 gas shield, suitable for all position welding. Smooth flow with stable arc and minimum spatter are its special characteristics. Thin and uniform copper coating ensures good conductivity useful for high speed feeding. It gives excellent radiographics quality welds. It is suitable for welding of mild steel, carbon steels and low alloy steels including structural steels with tensile strength up to 540 N/mm?. Specifications: available sizes - dia .8, 1, 1.2. 1.6 and 2 mm; welding current - DC +; shield gas - CO2; net weight of wire - 13.5 to 15 kg; packing - winding on spool, wrapped by VCI, sealed in polyethylene bag and further packed in corrugated box which is sealed with shrink film; and precaution - to be stored in moisture free area. The company also offers: SAW (submerged arc welding) wire; zinc wire - 99.9% for use in metallising (zinc spray on the surface) and MIG welding wire.
