Wedge Mounts

Dynemech Systems offers a new series of Festofix Wedge Mounts, Series VHS, designed to rigidly and precisely align and level the precision machine tools. The levelling can be done after the unit is anchored to the floor. The basic position of the mount does not vary during levelling or tightening of the anchor nuts thereby saving time of installation. This wedge mount holds the floor and the machine firmly. The alignment accuracy is 0.02 mm therefore reduces undesirable vibration due to poor alignment and lesser wear and tear of the machine and high productivity. The accuracy of the machine is maintained for a very long time and very less time is required to realign the machine. Top spherical seating compensates for uneven floor and angle difference between the machine base and the floor surface. This allows faster and accurate installations; and are available in different load capacities and sizes.
