Model WSM 200 from Estovir Technologies is a table top wave soldering machine of power efficient design with all control components of CE markings. It has independent controllers for easy maintenance and option of single or dual wave. The solder bath is made of high-grade stainless steel solder pot, solder pump driven by AC 3 phase motor, wave height control through AC drive, PID controller for accurate temperature control, interval sensor with digital timer. Other features: pre-heater – effective and efficient pre-heaters, ceramic glass top, PID controller for temperature control; foam fluxer with air knife – high grade stainless steel construction, special plastic foaming tube, interval sensor with digital timer, fitted with air filter, regulator, indicator, external air supply required, flow control valve for fine control, optional flux density controller; and conveyor – chain type conveyor, high grade aluminium profile, step-less angle adjustment, driven by AC 3 phase motor, speed control through AC drive.
