Meco Instruments offers electronic analogue Watt/VAR/ PF and frequency meters. These are DIN panel meters available in 72 x 72 mm, 96 x 96 mm and 144 x 144 mm in 90? and 240?, using electronic circuits for measuring active and reactive power in 1f, 3f3-wire and 3f4-wire, balanced and unbalanced load systems, power factor for 1f and 3f balanced load system; and frequency for different voltage and frequency bands. These meters have a very low power consumption thereby avoiding loading of CTs. Use of alnico-8 magnet results in high torque to weight ratio. Measurement is by self-shielded permanent magnet moving coil meter. Light weight of moving system gives higher endurance to withstand shocks, bumps and vibration. Use of simple mounting brackets and pre-wired connector eases maintenance and reduces replacement time. These instruments fully comply with the requirements associated with the 'CE' mark, with proven electromagnetic compatibility in accordance with EN 50082-2, and product safety compatibility in accordance with IEC-1010(1).
