Water Softener
Water Softener is the unit that provides soft water by ion exchange phenomenon of strongly acidic cation exchanger resin. The resin, in the form of sodium, does the exchange of sodium ion for the hardness forming of calcium and magnesium ions to produce soft water. The down flow softener works on the concept of co-current flow regeneration. After the capacity of resin is exhausted, it is charged with the help of sodium chloride solution to make it ready for next service cycle.
