Process & Technology offers Water Scale Remover – WSR. Deposition of water scales in heating elements of geyser unit/heat exchanger is a major industrial problem.

The water scale formed on heating elements is responsible for:

• Higher energy consumption (power consumption)
• Reduction in the life of heating elements (copper tubes)
• Reducing the flow rate in the pipes of heat exchangers

These problems can now be eliminated by using WSR. It can be reused as long as the diluted solution has the strength of removing the water scales. The product WSR is non-acidic and not harmful to human beings. The used solution can be discharged into sewerage without causing any pollution problem. The product does not alter the size of heating elements.
