A visitor or a guest who is stranger to the organisation needs a proper registration from the security perspective. When it comes to capture photo-identification or record it in to the computer, it can be very time consuming affair for security personal and for this matter security personal must know how to operate the computer or additional computer operator at security gate is required. d-GARD does not require any intervention from security personnel as it can be self operated by a visitor with just two buttons and registration with audio/video/photo-ID can be completed in less then 50 sec. Functions of d-GARD: automatically takes digital photo of a visitor or a guest; automatically records visitors' voice (usually name, address, phone number and purpose of visit); and automatically captures digital image of an identity (driving license), visiting card, etc. The whole process takes less than 50 sec.
