Southern Dynamic offers Video Microscope, VM-2000. This micro-inspector video microscope is available with the optical microscope & camera is mounted on ASIs precision linear stage & its controller. The linear stage provides precise control through the use of closed loop DC servomotor employing a high-resolution rotary encoder for positioning feedback.

- Standard rotary encoder provides a resolution of 100nm and repeatability of 800nm.
- They have high resolution & high repeatability by using linear encoders and get about 50nm resolution and repeatability of 300nm.
- Basic video microscope comes with built in epi-illumination via white LED.
