Niraj Optical Machinery offers Tasta Vibratory Deburring & Finishing Machines. It incorporates a rubber lined metallic bowl of "U" cross-section mounted on precisely calculated springs. The machine is driven by a highly efficient vibratory motor. The open top of the bowl is to be loaded with suitable ceramic/plastic or steel media and components to be processed. The other advantage of the machine is that the components can be inspected and checked during the process cycle without the need to stop the machine. Features: genuine flange mounted motor with one year guarantee; synthetic rubber lining of uniform thickness with one year guarantee on single shift working basis; volume mentioned in litres is actual processing volume; precisely engineered eccentric weights to generate optimum vibrations; improved design to facilitate speedy unloading of the media; water and chemical resistant paint; special bushings to reduce noise level; and stress relieved bowl to eliminate possibility of cracking.
