Vibmon Instruments And Medicals offers a Vibration Data Logger and FFT Analyser, Model VIB LOG-09. This is a PC based system useful for measuring vibration amplitude and vibration frequency and for FFT analysis of rotating machinery, e.g., ID, FD fans, blowers, grinding machines, CNCs, motors, fibrisers, generators, turbines, pumps, etc. The instrument measures vibration, displays on line on computer monitor and data can be stored in computer files as per customer’s requirements. The ADC resolution is 24 bit. The sampling rate can be selected as per input signal frequency. Vibration can be measured in Acc (g), Vel (mm/sec) and Displacement (microns) mode. FFT analysis waveform shows peak amplitude and detected harmonic frequencies of vibration signal. Wireless communication to PC is a optional facility. Therefore this instrument has major role in predictive maintenance of plant.
