The Vibration Analyser, VA 11 is comprised with built-in FFT analyser. It is designed to measure vibration of rotating machinery to diagnose defects such unbalance, misalignment, gear, bearing, structural, electrical defects, resonance, cracked rotor, bent shaft, mechanical looseness, oil whipping etc. The equipment interfaces with serial port to a PC or to a any parallel printer using serial to parallel port converter. It is a complete unit with one handheld pickup as a standard accessory.
Uses 16 bit A/ D converter and 80 dB dynamic range; simple operation with only 10 buttons; always in ready to take readings condition; backlit display with adjustable contrast; it is a spectrum analyser with 800, 400, 200 and 100-line resolution; peak list in a spectrum is possible to see in tabulated format; is equipped with external trigger-in facility; has built-in memory of 500 readings or spectrums, also, can be extended to unlimited using PCMCIA memory card; can work as a vibration meter to simultaneously measure acceleration, velocity, displacement and crest factor in a single screen; can take time and frequency domain spectrums and also has a built-in capability to perform transient store in which it stores the time waveform continuously at a cycle that is 2.56 times the selected frequency span; and the capability to perform envelope processing before FFT analysis is highly useful in equipment diagnostic.
