Titan Crushing Machinery Pvt Ltd offers Vibrating Feeders. These are manufactured with a very robust design to take all the initial heavy loads during the raw material dumping process and also feed continuous material to the crusher. The vibrating feeders are provided with 'Sailma' liner plates of 8 mm thickness on the sides and 10 mm thick in the bottom. The springs are designed to take heavy impact load and are made of EN-47 spring steel material. The vibrating grizzly feeders are manufactured with a unique designed grizzly bars to separate the muck (scalp) that comes from the quarry. The grizzly bars can be easily changed and replaced with nuts and bolts. The feeders are designed as per feed rate required, lump size and production required ranging from 25 to 350 TPH. These vibrating feeders/vibrating grizzly Feeders are available in sizes:

• 800 x 2000 mm
• 900 x 1500 mm
• 1100 x 3000 mm
• 1250 x 3500 mm
• 1500 x 4000 mm
