Super-Round Separator
Super-Round Separator is based on 3 dimensional motion which create gyro motion operated by specially designed Vibratory Motor. Total Vibratory assembly is isolated from the base by means of special design cross-springs. Motor is fitted with top and bottom adjustable eccentric weight. Separator is available with single and multiple decks in SS304/SS316 and MS contact. Suitable for applications Solid-Solid Separation, Solid-Liquid Separation, and Classifications.
Solid-Solid Separation
This application is useful to remove foreign particles from desire material, removal of lumps from powder, separate different size of material, to remove over size of material.
Solid-Liquid Separation
Removal of fibre from liquid, bagasse from sugar juice, pulp from water, lumps from slurry, to take desire size of particles in ceramic slurry, chocolate slurry.
