Trevisan Machine offers Vertical Turning Lines. Trevisan Vertical Turning Lines combine multiple high speed vertical lathes and drilling/tapping stations with a fully automated part transfer system and stamping in one machine. This means the operator simply places the part on the loading area and then unloads the part completely finished cutting down on multiple machine transfers. In addition, having multiple stations allows the machine to work on multiple parts at the same time further decreasing cycle time. After many years of custom designing these machines, Trevisan has developed a small and a large standard VTL machine that are highly customizable to further increase the quality and output base on your product needs.
