Prem Machine Tools Corporation offers a Vertical Surface Grinder, available in three models: PVS 200/250/300/.

- Table traverse per revolution of hand wheel: 100 mm for all
- Number of t slots: 1, 2 and 2
- Total cross traverse: 220, 270 and 320 mm
- Movement per revolution of hand wheel: 5 mm for all
- Hand wheel graduations: 0.01 mm for all
- Fine feed graduations: 0.005 mm for all
- Wheel head vertical movement: 100, 150 and 150 mm
- Size of grinding wheel (Ø x width x bore): 200 x 100 x 31.75, 200 x 125 x 31.75, and 200 x 200 x 31.75 mm
- Speed of grinding wheel: 2880, 2880 and 1400/2880 RPM
- Capacity between wheel and table (new wheel): 100, 150 and 200 mm
- Performance, finish: 025 um Ra (using 60 grit wheel on hardened test piece)
- All main parts such as column wheel head, table, saddle and machine base are provided with heavy and sturdy design to give higher rigidity of the machine
- All hand wheels, levers switches are conveniently grouped at the front of the machine for convenient operation of the machine
- All slide ways and electrical switch box are sealed from dust, chips and coolant for easy maintenance and longer life of the machine
- Hydraulic power unit and coolant tank are separated from the machine
- Wheel spindle rotates in grease packed angular contact rolling elements bearing and directly driven by the motor through a flexible coupling
- Independent lubrication system to the guide ways of the table and grinding wheel head
