Vertical Silica Cased Immersion Heater are made out of imported fused silica quartz tubing which itself is a non conductor of electricity. It is heat and chemical resistant. A special high temperature resistant rubber cap prevents termination and doesn't allow acid fumes to enter inside the heater resulting into longer heater life.
