United Oil MIll Machienry And Spares Pvt Ltd offers Vertical Pressure Leaf Filters. UMAS Vertical Pressure Leaf Filters are used for filtration of liquids with suspended solid contents of up to 7%. UMAS Pressure Leaf Filter consists of Filter leaves each made up of several layers of wire mesh. The inner layer is a coarse mesh for the discharge of the filtrate and support of the outer layers. As such no deposit of filter aid particles or impurities can penetrate the filter leaf. The filter cake is dried with compressed air, inert gas or steam and the cake is discharged by a pneumatic vibrator. Removal of the cake is via a butterfly or slide valve or a cake door.
