Cosmos CVM series Vertical Machining Centres are designed to machine precision components, complex materials, intricate cores and cavities with stability, reliability, accuracy and precision. High quality FG260 grade cast iron is used for all structural components. Triangular frame structure makes for superior acceleration and deceleration; the low centre of gravity improves stability during cutting operations. Extended A:B ratio ensures one can put bigger components. Cartridge type spindle with P4 class bearings is designed to absorb axial and radial loads providing rigidity and high strength to the spindle. The state-of-the-art CNC controller with new high performance operating system is focussed on ease of use combined with best hardware and advanced application and network system. The machine is equipped with high precision swing type automatic pallet changer.
