Creative Engineering offers Vertical Honing Machine. Creative has been designed for cnc controlled high precision vertical honing machine(SSVA-550).This type honing machine specially suitable for All types of cylinder liner and Cylinder Blocks.
- Honing machine is fully controlled by mitsubishi control system.
- Honing m/c is providing with Auto sizing facility which measures the bore with honing.
- Honing m/c provided with linear indexing table driven by servo motor.
- 2 No’s fixture are provided so that one can be used for honing operation and other one can be used for loading the component
- Axial clamping facility is given to hone the wet liners (sleeve).
- Advance coolant filtration system is adopted which eliminate magnetic separator. coolant chiller is also provided.
- Hydraulic chiller is provided for the power pack to avoid heating of the oil.
- Spindle stroking is given by servomotor which enable as to control the stroking in microns
- Stroke Length up to 550mm
