Gurdeep Packaging Machines offers an automatic Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) Machine, Model GPM: 101. This is a fully automatic vertical form-fill-seal machine for producing sachet/pouches from heat sealable laminate. Applications: for packing any free flowing powder and granules, spices, soup-concentrates, soft drink concentrates, pharmaceutical powder, detergents, tea/coffee, confectionery, etc. Specifications: sealing type – 3 sides sealing/4 sides sealing; packing size – 50-120 mm, or 100-240 mm (film length), 40-160 mm, or 40-220 mm (film width) (enlarged type can be made upon order); packing range – 0.5-30 gm, 30-50 gm (depending on specific gravity of packing objects); speed – 45-90 bags/min, 60-120 bags/min (depending on flowing rate and volume of packing objects); packing material – all heat sealable laminate pet/poly, pet/foil/poly met, pet/poly/CPP/OPP, etc; electricals – 0.5 HP 220 V/single phase/50-60 Hz and 300 W x 4-piece cartridge type heaters; machine dimensions – 750 x 650 x 1850 mm (L x W x H); net weight – 380 kg; and gross weight – 450 kg.
