Tricon offers the high performance M 30 multi-purpose Vegetable Processor from SOLIA, Germany. This versatile unit is designed for all rugged kitchen processes – grating, shredding, juliennes, strip cutting, dicing, straining, mincing, etc. The design, construction, safety, electronics and drive are of high technical standards. Three different hoppers are available for the common base unit, depending upon the process needs. These hoppers can adopt various attachments for processing vegetables, fruits, nuts and meat, e.g., grating – 2, 3, 4 mm, shredding – 6, 9 mm, juliennes – 2, 4 mm, strip cutting – 6, 7, 8, 11 square millimeter; slicing 0-10 mm thick; dicing – 8 x 8, 11 x 11, 16 x 16 mm; length cutting, (e.g., chillies, okra), 3.5, 7, 10 mm, 21 mm long; mincing – fine, medium, coarse; and pureeing, straining, grinding, etc. With cylindrical cutters, outputs are 300-500 kg/hr depending upon process and product. The larger G450 model has an output of 1000- 3000 kg/hr. Also available are onion, carrot peeling/washing machines.
