Entech Controls offers a range of Valves – rotary control, swing and plug valves. Rotary control valves: efficient straight-through flow design allows for a much lower cost per Cv than conventional globe style valves with the same degree of quality; highly suitable for applications including high and low pressure steam, clean, dirty, and corrosive liquids and gases, and erosive and abrasive slurries; and available in sizes 1” through 8”, pressure rating class ANSI 150-600, and material – WCB, CF8M, alloys. Swing check valves: designed to effectively prevent reverse flow and is ideally suited for liquid, steam and other gases requiring assured performance, tight shut off and low maintenance; these come in sizes 6 inch to 24 inch; the end connections could be provided as per customers’ requirements, e.g., flange, socket end, etc; and the material could conform to ASTM standard WCB, WC6, WC9. Plug valves; the eccentric plug valves are used to handle water and the waste water applications; the plug is rubber lined to provide tight shut off against the seat in the body; eccentric design ensures tight shut off and no leakage; the plug is operated through mechanical actuator to counter high torque; these valves come in sizes 6” to 48”; and the weight of a 36” plug valve is about 5 tonnes. Entech Control specialises in manufacturing of wide range of ball valves – floating/trunnion, soft and metal seated. Ball valves with automation is also its forte.
