Trinity Interface Systems offers Ultrasonic Sensors. It is with extremely narrow projection cone. Special features: miniature ultrasonic sensors with beam columnator; measuring of filling level in containers greater than or equal to diameter 3,5 mm; analogue measuring and digital switching versions; high resolution of 0,3 mm; convenient configuration of switching point, desired measuring range; and analogue signal via external Teach-in. Features and benefits: even the standard models of the M12 ultrasonic sensors have an extremely narrow projection cone. With acoustic lens attachments, the spread can be reduced even more and reduced to less than 3.5 mm at close range. In this way, the sonic energy can be directed through cut-outs or into narrow openings. The mini ultrasonic sensors are therefore ideal for level measurements in micro titration plates, test tubes and blister packages. With a resolution of 0,3 mm, even the smallest level changes can be easily detected. Models with PNP switched outputs and with 0-10 V DC analogue signals are available. The switching point, desired measuring range and the polarity of the analogue signal can be configured conveniently via the external teach-in input.
