Ultrasonic Level Sensors

MRK Engineers offers Ultrasonic Level Sensors. These are used for the measurement of the liquid level in a closed or open top tank. These applications ranges from begin open top tanks in a clean environments to severe process environments involving high temperature and pressure or hazardous materials. The sensing ranges start from 200 mm up to 6000 mm with operating frequency of 40 Khz with beam width of 10 to 12 deg or 30 deg. The sensor can be sensed liquid as well as solid made of rugged PVC M18 housing with epoxy sealed electronics design. The sensor can works at 12/ 24 VDC, 40 ma max suitable for even battery operation. The output of sensor can be either 4- 20 ma, pulsed output, serial TTL/RS232C type, fixed- distance on/off type. It can be used for collision detection, intrusion alarm, level measurement, proximity detection, non- contact distance measurement, object counting etc. Ultrasonic level controller can be supplied along with sensor if needed. The controller can work either 180 to 265 VAC or 90 to 130 VAC or 20 to 28 VDC or 10 to 14 VDC with different relay output with display.
