BMD Machinery India Pvt Ltd offers Tumblast Machines, GG-SC Type. Tumble shot-blast machines with steel conveyor are used for the surface treatment of parts in batches, loaded manually or automatically by means of a hydraulic/pneumatic loader; steel conveyor is made of wear-proof steel. The whole surfaces of the parts are exposed to the shots thrown by the turbines due to the rotation of the conveyor; parts are offloaded by the rotation of the steel conveyor in the opposite way and can fall directly into an empty container or through an offloading belt or vibrating conveyor; the loading capacity may vary from 500 to 3000 kilogram in weight; and the set-up installation does not require a pit and is supplied with a dust collector system.
