These elements are manufactured by centrally embedding resistance-heating wires in insulation powder (fused magnesia) and compacted to rock solid form for faster heat transfer and excellent dielectric strength. These are further used in more complicated systems along with safety devices, temperature sensors, controllers, flow meters and control panels meeting process requirements.
