It now offers the most advanced and effective major development in high power ultrasound generation, the Monopush Raltube Tube Resonator and MR Ral Generator. Advantages: all SS 316 tube/titanium rod construction; high efficiency of 95%; modular construction that can be placed in desired numbers and geometrical combination; near perfect 360 transmission of sound provides omni-directional energy and minimum dead spot area; can be used with wide range of cleaning media; particularly suitable for cleaning under vacuum or high pressure, sonoradiation of reagents and general sonochemistry; safe under dry run conditions when used with MR Ral generators; extended longer life compared to traditional transducers; and ideal and simple retrofit for large tanks even if they are not designed for ultrasonic originally, say pre-plating, galvanising baths because of small footprint. The transducers are connected to generator via flexible SS tube. They can also be connected through side of tank by threaded socket and seals or by flanged connection. Improvements over traditional transducers and use of lower number of seals have resulted in better operational safety longer life and lower inadvertent damage risk. MP Ral generator module: very compact and modular construction of 500, 700, 1000, 1500, 2000 W; frequency 20 kHz, 30 kHz, 40 kHz available; output power control and automatic stabilisation of present output power; display of output power; safety cut-out and fault display against overload, open or short circuits; high efficiency of 95%; micro-controller controlled; and Mosfet/IGBT based output.
