Adroit Lubricants offers mineral oil free and water washable Synthetic Tube Bending Lubricant, Metform O.F Gel. This is supplied as “ready-for-use†lubricant for bending of both ferrous and non-ferrous material. For best results the product should be applied via the mandrel lubrication system where fitted, alternatively manually application to the tube ends prior to bending can be employed. Metform O.F Gel is non-drip gel where the viscosity increases with rise of temperature during bending operation. After bending, tubes can be heat treated or welded without the need to remove the residue of Metform O.F Gel.
