Gullco International offers Travel Carriages. It is of trackless magnetic moffy fillet welding type. Low cost, highly efficient automation of fillet, lap and butt-welding applications with the ability to climb vertically and horizontally. It is ideal for "Tee" fillet welding where there is not enough room for the carriage to run along the horizontal plane. It is available with either "continuous travel" or "stitch weld" control. It can run along a vertical plane as the magnetic base clings to vertical member for out-of-position operation. Adjustable guide roll assemblies ensure accurate gun positioning while it moves at precisely controlled speeds in forward/ reverse direction.
