Gayatri Electronics Instruments And Engineering (GEIE) offers Transparent Level Gauges. These are assembled with flat clear tempered borosilicate glasses mounted on each side of the main chamfer and held between gauge covers. The liquid level interface level and liquid colour can be observed by differential transmission (or) light emitted from the illuminator (optional) behind the gauge. Transparent liquid level gauges are applicable to almost all liquids especially for observation of liquid colour, liquids and steam, which require corrosion protection by shielding with mica (optional). The operational pressure and temperature range from 0-150 kg/cm2 and 0-400°C respectively. Materials of construction: liquid chamber, valve body – CS/SS/brass/PP; cover plate – CS/aluminium/SS; internals – SS 304/SS316/PP; glass – toughened borosilicate (indigenous/imported); gasket – CAF/PTFE/Neoprene; bolt and nut – CS/HTS; process connections – flanged/screwed/BW/SW (any international std); and accessories – scales/illuminator/mica shield/anti frost shield/steam jacket.
