Sarthak Engineering Enterprises manufactures a range of Transformers. All transformers conform to IS specification number IS2026, 1977, and class of insulation from 'A' to 'F' class. The transformers are designed for indoor use at a ambient of 45°C (or as per customer specific ambient temperature). Air cooled transformers are supplied in open or in sheet steel enclosures. Oil cooled transformers are contained in MS tank and depending on capacity, maybe plain or with cooling radiators on the sides. Transformer oil as per IS 335 is recommended.
Types available: auto transformer 1Ø/3Ø; double wound transformer 1Ø/3Ø; and furnace application transformer.
Construction: the core is made out of high quality cold rolled grain oriented (CRGO) silicon steel laminations of M4 grade/0.27 mm thickness and is coated with magnesium silicate phosphate insulation on both sides; the windings are made of rectangular or round section of electrolytic grade copper with specific class of insulation; and capacity – 0.5 kVA to 500 kVA.
