Safelink Agencies offers Transfer Systems, Series T2/T3. These are high-tech NC/CNC transfer systems for press automation solutions. These consist of free programmable parameters to allow different sequences of motions and the transport of a large variety of parts of different dimensions. These guarantee a high degree of flexibility and at the same time reliability. These systems are available as 2- or 3-axes transfers. These are powered directly from the crankshaft of the press or alternatively by a servomotor. The 2-axis transfers series AGs are especially suited for cutting and punching operations. Deep drawn and forged parts require an additional lifting stroke before or after the forming process and 3-axis translift systems series AHG are best suited for these applications.
