Tuffwell Springs makes all high-quality springs on imported CNC machines and sheet metal components with computerised testing facility. The company uses, for the first time in India, six axis CNC machine for the most accurate and quickest spring set-up with high speed production. The wire range is from 0.1 mm to 5 mm. The company makes springs from wires in AISI 302, 304, 316, IS 4454 GR II, GR III, music piano wire, SWPB, SWPA, phosphor bronze, inconel, hastalloy and oil tempered wires. The emphasis is on total customer satisfaction in best quality, reasonable cost and prompt delivery.
