Timber Cooling Tower

Timber Cooling Tower

Clayton Technologies India Private Limited offers a wide range of timber structure cooling towers both in cross-flow and counter-flow patterns with splash and film fill. Induced Draft Counter Flow: In a counter flow cooling tower the air moves vertically upwards through the fill while water falls vertically downwards. Film type fill is used and is suitable for all cooling load applications, however, it is more suitable for the application where cold water temperature is critical and water quality is good. The structure of the cooling towers are made of Treated Timber. Film type fill is made of PVC for normal water applications. These cooling towers are fitted with the fills of wider flute so that it can withstand most of the industrial water. The film type fill should be avoided for the applications where water has traces of oil and contaminated water.

  • Unique structural design to give a rigid and stable structure.
  • Chemically treated timber as per IS 401 for durability.
  • Optimal selection of tower configuration, fill and drift eliminators.
  • High efficiency fans and mechanical equipment.
  • Low initial cost and short delivery periods.
