Unique Timber Cross flow Towers by use of Seagull Bars either in PVC or in Steel, 'C' type Drift Eliminators, Aerodynamic FRP Fans, Drives with or without Gear Boxes, all to give highest thermal efficiency. Use of Seagull Bars ensure film & splash cooling both. This gives more capacity by 20-25% over the conventional fill design.

- Selected quality Pine Wood as per IS 2372 treated with Chromated Cooper Arsenate ( ASCU Chemicals ) as per IS 401.
- Open gravity type basin made of tongue and grooved treated timber Plank / marine plywood fitted with polypropylene spiral target nozzles to have uniform hot water distribution over the entire fill area.
- Made of treated timber planks supported on grooved treated plywood Eliminator frame in herringbone pattern.
- Corrugated Asbestos Cement-Board / Corrugated FRP sheet on special applications.
- Structural connections are made with Hot Dipped Galvanized bolts. Nails are of stainless steel (304 quality), screw shank type S.S.304 / 316-quality.
