Re-Nu thread inserts give load bearing threads in soft material and are used for repairing damaged threads. Standard external threads permit the use of standard drills and taps. Special installation tools are not required. Made from steel or stainless steel, the sizes range from 4"through 1 "and in metric sizes M3 through M 18.
