D S Techno Rubber Pvt Ltd offers Thin Diaphragms. Specialty of these diaphragms are, thickness in functional area is 0.20 mm with fabric reinforcement. Fuel gas (LPG / CNG) supply to the engine is constantly controlled by these diaphragms. Pressure acting on the diaphragm is very low and the diaphragm has to move up and down according to the pressure and activate the part connected to it to regulate the flow of the fuel gas. Hence diaphragm material & properties are critical to give consistent performance. They have been supplying 7 varieties of these diaphragms since the year 2000 to Original Equipment Manufacturer and we are the only supplier for these diaphragms. Depending upon customer requirement, diaphragms can be developed using any rubber material (specified by customer) and supplied.
