Thermocouple Attachment Unit For Weld Heat Treatment
Fabrika has introduced for the first time in India a micro controller based Thermocouple Attachment Unit (TAU) for fixing of thermocouple wires on weld surfaces in pre/post Weld Heat Treatment Industry. The thermocouple attachment unit is a portable unit and has a built-in battery for welding thermocouples without requirement of power supply. Just charge the TAU unit and carry it to the site for attaching thermocouples to weld surfaces. On fully charged unit one can achieve more than 250 welds with 24-gauge thermocouple wire. The charge voltage can be set using the front panel potentiometer and initiating charge button will charge capacitors to preset level. Stored energy can be discharged by initiating the weld button. Welding of thermocouple wires from 36-gauge to 20-gauge is possible on this versatile unit. The unit is supplied with a set of wire holding pliers, return magnet and an operating manual. The company also offers a number of allied products along with the TAU unit such as standard size thermocouple connectors, portable dataloggers, thermocouple putty, etc.
