SyGuru Innovators offers a Thermo Conductive Booster Fluid (TCBF), Permafrost, for air conditioners and refrigeration systems. TCBF is a very innovative and technical product, whose performance has been acknowledged by AC leaders like Carrier, York, ASHRAE and many users the world over. It is being patronised by many MNCs and has been introduced in India for the first time. TCBF is just one time injection for hermetically sealed AC units, which have been in operation for at least 2 years or more. It has been experienced that older the unit, more are the energy savings and higher is the performance improvement. ASHRAE, the international authority on ACs has also acknowledged the fact that after a couple of years there is a deterioration in the performance of air conditioners, which is mainly due to the settlement of the oil and dirt particles inside the evaporator tubes, hindering the efficiency of heat transfer. This is a patented product and has been certified as compatible with all types of refrigerants, and materials of construction of the compressors, oils, and evaporator tubes. TCBF is to be charged @ 30 ml per TR for the hermetically sealed window and split ACs. For the larger refrigeration systems of 25 TR and above, the TCBF is to be charged as 10% of the lubricating oil volume and it is to be added every time the oil is topped up or changed in 10% proportion. This procedure is same for all types of compressors (reciprocating, screw or centrifugal) or refrigerants (CFC, NH3).
