Flowdrill thermal friction drilling produces perfectly formed bushes by using speed of rotation and pressure which heat the material locally, plasticise and form bush in various thickness of metals. When the Flowdrill comes into contact with the material using relatively higher axial pressure and RPM, frictional heat is created, allowing penetration and reforming the displaced material.
