Vikrant offers Compact & Production Model Tangential Threading Machine, WPD Series. All shafts and main spindle are toughened ground & run on antifriction bearings. The speed is changed with shifting gears and belts.
- Cl ribbed bed, Headstock, carriage & Vice guide. Hardened & ground cylindrical guide with linear bearing for 'E' Model.
- Heat treated alloy / medium carbon steel gears and shafts.
- Gears have generated tooth profile and ground bore.
- Precision machined, self-opening tangential Diehead, made of alloy steel heat treated and ground.
- Precision machined & ground chaser holders. Chaser holder shanks are hard chrome.
- Size cross section of chasers (L x W x th) - 100/75x25/16.2x13mm.
- Vice jaws of die steel, hardened & ground.
- Vice travels right upto Diehead for threading short & irregular shaped components.
- Long bent pipes, U pipes can be threaded.
- Pre-set length of threading.
- HSS 6-5-2 hardened tangential chaser.
