BTH Electrics (Guj) offers Submerged Arc Welding Equipment. Highlights: simple operation, rugged and robust design, no break down, high efficiency, minimum maintenance, unmatched welding performance, and most suitable for automatic welding. The equipment consists of: thyristorised power source, carriage mounted/boom mounted welding head, control panel, inter connection – 10 mtr long, and a set of spanners. Power source: constant voltage/constant current power source, thyristorised controlled, fitted with ammeter and voltmeter on control panel, and remote control facility provided (optional). Due to built-in voltage stabilising facility, there is no effect of input supply fluctuation on wire feed, motor speed and output voltage.
